I found the answer for all your queries it’s
First you need to create an application like TwitterFox, TweetDeck you can find like this here more and just request a link here.
But note that one cannot ask for a link for the following:
Please note that requests for links to the following will not be approved:
- Personal websites and blogs.
- Applications without a current website.
- Applications with incomplete or unintelligible descriptions.
- Marketing and promotions.
- Any content deemed offensive.
Also, when you create your client, you need to use the X-Twitter-Client header while making calls to the API. See here for more info.
